Hello my name is Christy Dawn McCurry.

I was born September 27, 1991.

On this day September 05, 2007, I start my online help column for those that have been through and are living in what I have lived through for many years.

I’m the daughter of Christopher Taylor McCurry and Barbara Ann Crowder. I am the granddaughter of Bessie (MeMa) and Richard (PePa) Hudgins.  I have two loving sisters, Jennifer born May 04, 1989 and Kelly born May 12, 1997…and I am a victim of Parental Alienation.

That is why I am here. I know it is hard going to bed at night, not knowing what is really going on.

I know what it’s like not having the answers you need just to get by.

I am here to help you with those questions and answer them the best way I can.

Feel free to ask me any thing and I promise to answer it the best I can.

When I was about 8 years old I was told that I was no longer allowed to see my father.  I wasn’t sure why because my father was my best friend.

After not seeing my father for about a year and a half I was adopted by my step father.  Being so young I wasn’t sure what to think, but I knew that being adopted was not what I wanted…and since I was so young I didn’t have a say so in the situation.

After 7 years I finally got the guts to stand up for what I wanted.  One day I found myself on my MeMa’s door steps with my sister Jennifer by my side.

It all went up from there.  I now live with my MeMa and PePa.  I’m finally back where I belong.

I have created this site with the help of my MeMa…make no mistake, she only helped me get it online…this is my site and my way of looking at life.

I wanted to create this site to help Children and Parents and Grandparents and even aunts/uncles and cousins figure out some answers to things that are so hard to understand. And, to also give you hope that things can change.

So feel free to ask any and as many questions as you need or want.  I know how hard it is to sleep at night not having hope that things will change, and I hope that I can help give you some hope that your day for justice is coming.

It may not be today or not even tomorrow but trust me it is coming.

This past summer Aug. 2007 I traveled to Washington DC with my MeMa, my Daddy, my PePa and my sister for a Family Preservation Rally in which MeMa is one of the founders. I asked MeMa if I could speak, to which she replied, "Are Your Sure?", I answered, "Yeeeepppp", and she said, "Yes Ma'am you sure can". My speech along with many other speakers was at the foot of the Lincoln Memorial, "View My Video".
